If your non-profit organization wishes to request financial assistance from the Robby Albarado Foundation, please completely provide the information below to the Foundation.
- Mission Statement and Goals of the Organization.
- List of Current Sponsors or Donors.
- List of Previous Sponsors or Donors.
- List of Current Board Members.
- Current Operating Budget
- Proof of non-profit status.
- Website address for organization.
- Letter of above information on non-profit letterhead detailing funds requested and specifics for which the money requested will be used.

All requests will be reviewed internally by the Robby Albarado Foundation. Requests for Disbursement letters are non-returnable. A representative from the Foundation will notify your organization if the Foundation requires more information, documentation, or if your organization has been chosen for disbursement. If selected, the Robby Albarado Foundation reserves the right to use your organization’s name and logo in its marketing materials (website, brochures, etc.)
